PulsePrep EMS uses secure accounts to sync study activity across supported devices.

Information collected

When you create an account, we process your email address, authentication provider, certification level, study progress, saved and flagged questions, question feedback, and subscription status. A device-only copy may also be stored in your browser for offline continuity.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, sync progress, calculate study performance, restore saved items, manage access to subscription features, respond to feedback, prevent abuse, and improve question quality.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and cloud data services. Stripe will process website payments after checkout is activated. Apple and Google process purchases made through their mobile stores. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by PulsePrep EMS.

Sharing and tracking

PulsePrep EMS does not sell personal information or share study activity with data brokers. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the product, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect users and the service.

Security and retention

Access controls restrict account records to the authenticated user and authorized service processes. Account data is retained while your account is active or as reasonably required for security, legal, tax, dispute, and payment obligations.

Children

PulsePrep EMS is intended for EMS students and professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You may access your synced study information from your account and permanently remove your account through the account deletion page. Cancel paid subscriptions through the provider that processed the purchase.
